Welcome to Nevris. By purchasing or using any services provided by Nevris, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Nevris provides custom AI automation solutions designed to improve business operations. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • AI customer support assistants

  • AI lead capture and qualification systems

  • Workflow automation

  • Website automation

  • Appointment and communication automation

  • Custom AI solutions tailored to each client's business

All services are customized to meet each client's specific needs.

2. Service Agreements

Before any work begins, Nevris and the client will agree upon a written Service Agreement.

The Service Agreement will outline:

  • The services being provided

  • The one-time setup fee (if applicable)

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Any additional costs

  • The scope of work

  • Any custom terms agreed upon by both parties

The Service Agreement takes precedence over general pricing information and serves as the official agreement between Nevris and the client.

3. Payments

Pricing varies depending on each client's requirements.

No payments are collected until both Nevris and the client have agreed upon the services and pricing outlined in the Service Agreement.

Recurring monthly services are billed according to the schedule specified in the Service Agreement.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their recurring services at any time unless otherwise specified in their Service Agreement.

Upon cancellation:

  • Services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

  • Services will automatically terminate one month after the client's final successful payment.

  • No future monthly charges will occur after cancellation.

  • Setup fees and payments for work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to complete the requested services.

  • Maintain access to any third-party platforms required for integration.

  • Respond to reasonable requests needed to complete implementation.

  • Use Nevris services in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services

Many Nevris solutions rely on third-party platforms, including AI providers, website platforms, payment processors, and other software services.

Nevris is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Nevris retains ownership of its proprietary systems, workflows, templates, and automation frameworks.

  • Clients retain ownership of their own business information, branding, customer data, and website content.

  • Custom solutions developed specifically for a client may only be transferred if stated in the Service Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nevris provides automation services using commercially reasonable efforts to ensure reliability and performance.

However, Nevris cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of its services.

9. Modifications

Nevris reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of Nevris services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
